What’s your return policy?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must inform us about your decision to return part or all of your order within 30 days of its receipt. You'll need a Return Authorization (RA) Number, which you can receive by email when you start the return process.
Ensure all items are returned in brand new condition as shipped, with original tags and packaging intact. We can't accept used items unless they're faulty or you have been sent the wrong product.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).
Please note:
Personalized items and final sale kits are not eligible for return unless there are quality issues.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is processed. We're not liable for parcels lost in transit. Returns are processed within 10 working days of receipt.
What can’t be returned for a refund?
Used items, personalized items and final sale kits are not eligible for return unless they're faulty or you have been sent the wrong product.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Unless we have made an mistake—such as shipping the wrong item or if the product is defective—you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. This is not what we want to do but we are not yet that strong to offer free returns. We do hope that one day we grow big enough to provide you better support on this issue.
How can I return a product?
1. login to our online return portal using your email/zip code and order number.
2. choose the order you wish to return and initiate a return request.
3. you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number by email.
4. indicate your order number, RA number, reason for return/exchange on a piece of paper, either printed or handwritten text works.
5. pack your return safely and make sure the above paperwork is included, then ship it to us!
