When will you ship the order?

Normally we will ship your order within 3 working days if there’s no personalized items.

If there are personalized items, you will receive the estimated shipping time in 24 hours after you place the order. If you have any questions regarding the shipping timeframe, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Your order will be shipped once all items are ready, no split shipments.

How long will I receive my order?

Normally after the order is dispatched, for standard shipping service, you will receive it in 10 to 15 business days; for expedited shipping service, it takes 7 to 9 business days.

My order is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it!

It’s weird but sometimes the delivery services will indeed mark a package as delivered before it's actually delivered due to various reasons. In case it happens, we recommend you waiting 1-2 more days. If it really doesn't come, please reach out to us at help@mojioo.co. We'll take care of it. We usually will have to file claims with the delivery service and all that jazz.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders above $90. Some items may be excluded due to excessive weight, but you will be notified on the specific product page.

 How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping costs $9 USD. If you need it fast, it costs $18 USD (includes Duties Taxes and Fees).
